We are well – far too well: almost every second German is overweight – and badly nourished: environmental pollutants, stress, the consumption of stimulants and lifestyle diseases cause our body to need more micro-nutrients than in generations before us.

Nutrition today

What exactly does our body really need – and how much of it? Important is the right combination of macro- and micro-nutrients. Nutrition and life

How we eat has an effect on how we live. Healthy nutrition is based on what our body just happens to need in order to function properly. And for children the needs are different to those of adults and again different to the needs of the elderly. Certain nutrients influence whether our hair shines, our nails are firm and our skin looks healthy. What we eat effects our achievements, both mentally and physically. Top athletes, for example, target their diet on supporting their locomotory system.
