Berry concentrates (blueberry, elderberry and currant)
The red berries are rich in vitamin C, provitamin A, vitamins B1 and B2, potassium and iron. In addition to this, valuable phosphate and magnesium compounds are included, which serve together with anthocyans (red colouring of the berries) as activators of the overall metabolism.

Therefore it has a favourable influence on the entire energy metabolism.
